I Dog Too was born after my husband, Jonathan, and I wanted to include our beloved pups, Charlie and Ernie, on our wedding day. We were excited to have both our boys by our side during our vows until we realized there were many challenges we hadn’t considered:

Who would transport our dogs to and from the venue?

Who would manage our dogs during and after the wedding ceremony?

What if they jumped up on my wedding dress with dirty paws?

What about potty clean-up, meals, playtime and overall pet care on our wedding night?

And the last thing we wanted was to take a friend or family member away from celebrating with us.

While we did end up finding someone for our wedding, the search for a dedicated wedding pet attendant in SoCal was difficult. Our dogs could only attend the outside ceremony and we were locked into a 6-hour pet sitting minimum. Not ideal.

After years of running a pet sitting and doggy daycare business in Washington DC, we moved to sunny LA end of 2023, with the vision to create a tailored wedding pet attendant service for Southern California couples.
